Gluten Free Cooking and Recipes
Many people believe that Gluten Free Diets (and also Casein Free Diets) can help children with Autism/Aspergers in a variety of ways, including physical health and behavioral issues.
If you didn't already know a Gluten Free Diet is "a diet completely free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals: wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye, and triticale, as well as the use of gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent. In this department I will share recipes and cooking videos for delicious Gluten Free products. Not only will these be healthy and good for your child; but you can also have some great fun making them with your child ...
Please note that the recipes use USA measurements and oven temperatures but don't despair if you are not from the USA ...

I often hear back from readers who feel they must inform me that I'm making my cornbread wrong because my recipe calls for too much sugar or any sugar at all. Apparently, cornbread is one of those things people feel passionately about - I know I do! Make it how you will, adding as much or as little sugar as you like, but don't knock my sugared recipe until you've tried it! Ingredients ... . . . keep reading
